This policy covers Gentium's construction-management app, web portal, and support services.
Account information: name, company name, email address, phone number, and password (stored as a secure hash by our authentication provider).
Project content: addresses, dates, assignments, status updates, notes, photos, documents, budgets, invoices, receipts, and payment records you or authorized teammates provide. Gentium documents payment information; it does not execute payments.
Connected features: selected Google Drive files, documents forwarded to a company intake address, and photo metadata including location when you enable photo discovery. Camera, photo-library, location, contacts, microphone and notification permissions depend on the features you choose. Contact selection helps populate invitations; it does not publish your address book.
Assistant features: messages, relevant project context, and dictated audio when you use these features. AI outputs may be inaccurate and should be reviewed.
Usage and diagnostics: account identifiers, screen and action names, success/failure outcomes, app/platform information, and service logs. Product analytics exclude document contents, notes, receipt amounts, addresses, email addresses, passwords, and audio. The app does not use session replay or advertising tracking.
We use information to operate and secure Gentium, authorize access, organize records, process chosen documents, support collaboration, deliver notifications, respond to requests, and understand where workflows succeed or fail. We do not sell personal information or use app activity for cross-app targeted advertising.
We use Supabase for authentication, databases and file storage; Vercel and Expo for hosting and delivery; Google for enabled sign-in, address and Drive features; Resend for email intake/delivery; and PostHog for product analytics when configured. AI extraction and assistant requests are processed through OpenRouter and its selected model providers. Relevant content is sent to perform the requested feature; provider processing and retention are also governed by their applicable terms and policies.
Organization and project permissions determine collaborator access. People who receive a report link may see the records included in it. Share links only with intended recipients. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect users and the service, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable requirements.
We retain information as needed to provide the service, preserve shared company records, address disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Files may be cached on your device for faster access. Network communications use HTTPS and access controls limit data access; no system can guarantee absolute security.
You can manage device permissions, disconnect supported integrations, and choose what to upload or share. Request account deletion under Me in the app or contact us below. Shared business records may remain with the organization after account removal. Contact us to request access, correction, export or deletion; we may verify identity. Privacy rights vary by location.
The app is for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 13.
